The Vicenza Acqua Lions Swim Team (VZA) is an inclusive public benefit nonprofit organization established and operated for charitable and educational purposes as defined under §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  We promote a competitive swimming program for youth athletes of all levels of ability while serving the U.S. and NATO military communities in Northern Italy.  VZA participates in swim meets across Europe and the U.K. through the European Forces Swim League (EFSL).   Our competitive season runs from August through February of each year.
